STRATA Promotes Kaitlynn Ropars

Kaitlynn Ropars has been a part of the Landmark Communities family since 2016 as a Leasing Professional. She brings many years of experience with her to STRATA along with stellar customer service skills and the ability to generate sales and new leads. Kaitlynn also has an extensive background in leasing and as an office manager. Coming from Synergis Technologies as a Customer Success Representative, Kaitlynn brings valuable professionalism to the STRATA team. Kaitlynn’s new role as Assistant Community Manager will focus on assisting Community Manager Robert Fox in everyday tasks. She’ll also focus on overseeing new resident application screenings, maintaining resident records, and most importantly keeping tabs on the coffee inventory and making sure Robert orders the best variety of K-cups!
