Why did you want to move Downtown? Was it your job, family, friends? I moved to Downtown Allentown because there’s a nice blend between the cost of rent, proximity to PPL center including a gym, downtown restaurant & attractions, and a short commute to work.

What’s your job title? I’m an LVHN resident.

How is your commute to the hospital? I’m approximately 10 minutes away.

As an LVHN resident, what’s the best part about living in Downtown Allentown? I’m right across the street from the LVHN Fitness Center.

Are you friends with other LVHN residents that live in Downtown Allentown? Yes, there’s a group of residents that live at STRATA. 

How has living in STRATA made your life easier as a resident? The short commute to work lets me maximize sleep time!

Do you have a pet? If so, where do you like to take them to go play/walk? Lucy is a house cat. She’s the best.

What do you love most about living in an urban environment? STRATA is close to a lot of great restaurants. 

What’s your favorite amenity in your building? What do you use that space for? I enjoy have a covered garage, easy access to the mailbox on the entry/exit from the garage, and ease of access to trash/recycling chute on each floor.
