2018 Ellis Surveys Best in Class Awards
The STRATA team works hard to provide each resident with excellent customer service from the time they move in, to when their lease is up. Thanks to our loyal residents’ honest feedback, STRATA is one of six properties from Landmark Communities that has been awarded the 2018 Ellis Best in Class Award for Outstanding Customer Experience. Landmark Communities is the property management company for City Center Residential properties.
Ellis has surveyed residents from over 4,000 communities, and STRATA is just one of 122 properties that were given this elite status. These resident surveys are conducted across five touch points – lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move-out. The STRATA team works hard to get residents a fast response after each survey is submitted. Thank you to all the residents who took the time to fill out these surveys.
