CONNECTED PARKING GARAGE

GUEST PARKING GARAGE

Pet Friendly Living
STRATA is cat and dog-friendly. Since caring for your family pet is part of being a good neighbor, we offer our Bark Park and pet sitting and dog walking services.
DOGS
$300 nonrefundable pet fee due upon move in, $40 monthly pet fee. Limit 1 dog per flat, breed restrictions apply (Contact us for more details.)
CATS
$200 nonrefundable pet fee due upon move in, $30 monthly pet fee. Limit 2 cats per flat. We ask that those living with pets be courteous and respectful of other residents.
